Malukka Import/export disclaims liability for possible typing errors, changes in direct and indirect taxes, incorrect price and price adjustments, out of stock products and force majeure,
including non-delivery on the part of our suppliers. As several of our products are handmade/painted, – variations in color, texture and other minor imperfections are to be expected and assure each piece of its individuality and uniqueness.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All prices on the website include Danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe. Malukka.com charges no credit card fees.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Europe – EURO. (EUR)
Malukka.com uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
Malukka’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
As the payment transaction is being completed, your payment information will be stored until the individual payment transactions have been completed. Your payment – and card information – is stored by Malukka.com`s chosen PCI (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard) certified partner. Thus, the information is stored in a secure PCI-certified environment that meets international security standards, until the payment transactions are complete. When you use payment cards on Malukka.com, only Malukka`s PCI certified partner – and not Malukka – has access to your card information. Processing of your card information is therefore only a matter between you and Malukka`s PCI certified partner, even if this happens while you are using Malukka.com
Delivery and Shipment
Sustainability and the environment are important elements for us at Malukka.com
In the concept for Malukka, we aim to avoid overproduction, wastage and needless C02 emission.
Alternately we have a special focus on quality, sustainability and environment friendly processes. That means, that we have chosen to have only a limited number of products in stock and that our products primarily will be made and shipped according to our orders.
Naturally, we have an ongoing contact with our suppliers regarding our orders, but to limit the environmental impact, we have decided only to get deliveries from Turkey once or twice a month. That means that you may expect about 23 workdays for your orders to arrive to you. However, it is both worth the wait and at the same time it means, that we can all be a small part of protecting the environment and climate in the future. Once we are ready to ship your order item, we will, of course, inform you by email.
We aim to keep the expected delivery, but delays in the production and shipping can occur due to i.e. holidays in both Turkey and Denmark.
With regards to handmade or custom-made items, delivery time can vary and take longer, due to the nature of handicrafts or circumstances at the individual artisan’s workshop.
In case of delay, out of stock, or sold- out items, we will be sure to contact you.
At Malukka.com we strive to find environmentally sound or FSC certified packaging, if in any way possible. For products that needs to be packaged with extra care and cautiousness there is, at this time, a limited selection of environmentally friendly options, but we are always working to find new ways to make both our products and packaging more environmentally friendly.
Malukka.com uses GLS – Private, GLS – Postal shop for shipment of your ordered items.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.
You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which always allows you to track the shipment.
If your purchased product is damaged upon arrival and due to freight issues, please report this as soon as possible to our mail; email@example.com or by phone +4553537028 . We recommend that you send us a picture of both the damaged goods and the packaging as the shipping will be insured by our shipping company.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
Malukka.com offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Should you need a longer exchange or return period, due to, for instance, a gift purchase please send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange for an extended right of return.
If you regret your purchase at our web shop, please return the product without any unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us about your cancellation.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail on email@example.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
You cannot cancel your purchase by merely refusing to receive or pick up the item without giving us clear notice beforehand.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
Products exempt from right of withdrawal
The following types of products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
– items manufactured or altered upon customer request. Custom made orders such as personal adjusted and designed shoes and boots, handbags, ceramics and other special or personalized orders.
If you wish to return an item, you should return the product to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us about your cancellation. You must pay for delivery expenses related to the return of the product yourself.
When you return a product, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is appropriately packaged. You carry the risk of the package(s) until we receive the returned product(s). Therefore, save the mail receipt as well as any track and trace number.
The goods cannot be returned by cash on delivery or without distribution. If you wish to return a product, enclose a copy of your order confirmation and send it to the following address.

Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods, caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you can try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Malukka.com to evaluate the item’s condition.
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive a refund of the amount you paid us. However, this does not apply in the following case.

Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest 14 days after we have received your return package.
We will refund you with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. Postage, as well as any other expenses in relation to returning, such as secure packaging, must be paid by you.

When complaining you need to denounce our email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, and the site, on which you made your purchase.
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law.
This means that you can either have your item repaired, exchanged, have your money refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It will be a demand that the complaint is legitimate, and that the defect is not due to faulty use or any other misuse of the item.
You are, as costumer, to make the complaint in “reasonable time” after the defect is detected. If you make your complaint within two months after the defect is detected, this will always be within reasonable time. In case of a complaint please contact us by email at email@example.com including your order number, images of the claim and a detailed description of the fault.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
If your complaint is legitimate, Malukka.com will refund reasonable freight costs. If the claim is not valid, you will pay the delivery costs yourself, as well as the cost of re-delivery to you.
Please remember that the goods always must be sent in secure packaging and to get a receipt of mailing. The full responsibility for the product is yours, until it has been safely delivered to us on our return address. We recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof of sent package, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned.
Please note: The handmade products are one of a kind items, hence there can be variations in color, texture and expressions compared to the pictures shown at our website. This is not to be considered a defect, but to be expected and assure each piece of its individuality and uniqueness. If you should choose to return your products due to this factor, all expenses in relation to returning, such as secure packaging, must be paid by you according to the right of withdrawal.
