Purpose of data collection

We need your regular information as name and addresses to deliver the product you have purchased. We also need your email address in order to send you an invoice, order and delivery confirmation. When you pay for your product, we collect your name, card information and IP address. This information will only be used to handle the payment transaction and to complete the purchase agreement. 

Our payment system works in cooperation with PensoPay, and in order to be able to offer you PensoPay`s payment options, we will pass on to PensoPay, certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for PensoPay to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in PensoPay`s privacy statement. If you do not wish to give the information needed to complete a purchase at our website, unfortunately you cannot buy products from us at Malukka.com

Your personal information (not credit card information) is registered with Malukka.com, and stored for up to five years, after you have received your products. After which the information is deleted. Except for your email address, if you have given your consent to receive news and offers from Malukka.com

Sharing your personal information

We do not resell personal information and we only use data processors in the EU or countries that provides sufficient data protection. We use third parties to store and process data. These companies only processes information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. Our website is hosted by one.com and our secure payment system is PensoPay. They are certified under the Privacy Shield agreement, and thus offers a guarantee to comply with the European level of data protection. 

All personal information you give us, is stored and processed by one.com`s datacenter. Regarding delivery and freight of your purchased products, information about your name, address, email, phone number, order information etc. will be given to the shipping company responsible for delivering your products. At this moment we use GLS by Shipmondo.

Our external partners only process personal data on Malukka`s behalf and in accordance with Malukka`s instructions and are subject to confidentiality about the data, due to the Personal Data Act. There has been made data controlling agreements with all our third parties, which gives us, and you, guarantee that your personal information is protected according to the law.

In order to create transparency in the processing of your data, we will inform you about your rights.

As registered with Malukka.com you always have the right to object to the registration.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.

that gathers information, that can supply us with a statistical indication of, how many visitors the site has, where they are from, and on which landing page they leave the site and more.
