Hence the Ammia bag is made with both calf skin and Suzani fabrics, a traditional needlework used in Central Asia, throughout centuries. The amazing handmade floral embroideries, on a black velvet background, originates from carpets and textiles from Uzbekistan, formerly a part of the Ottoman Empire.

As the bag comes with handmade embroideries, each handbag will be unique, with its own individual character and look.

    The Ammia bag comes with handmade embroideries in Suzani velvet fabrics, combined with handles, bottoms and stiches in genuine black leather, made from calfskin. The handbag has a zipped top and textile lining. Inside the bag there is a zipped pocket, lined with leather. W; 16cm, H;27cm, L; 32cm. Weight approx. 600 gr.

    This stunning handbag is made of Suzani fabrics with handmade embroideries. Suzani is a specific and traditional type of needlework, that originates from Central Asia. The creative details and the vivid and bright color choices are inspired by the flora and fauna of the area. Since the Suzani textiles used to be a part of a young girl’s dowry, it is also filled with symbolic motifs and references to happiness, fertility, and love.
