The handmade bowl is lead free and hence useable for storing food ware. The bowl measures 30 cm in diameter, is 11 cm in height and weighs approximately 1800 gr. The bottom is signed and numbered by the ceramic artisan.

The Nilufer bowl is handmade in Iznik, an area of Turkey, famous and renowned for their century old techniques, traditions and artistic designs, in ceramic arts and craftmanship. For centuries, it was the renowned workshops of Iznik, that made and delivered ceramic arts and tiles to the royalties at the Sultans court. Being both interior and exterior decorated, with elegant motifs and picturesque blue and turquoise color nuances, the handmade bowl will be great, for both home décor as well as for serving your favorite salad or fruits.
